Employees are restricted from reaching out to HR directly. To sum up, it all depends on the manager

This is the worst company I have ever worked for, they don't pay for overtime, and ask to extend without any reason. Management has no skills, don't know how to behave. They think employees are school students and ask them to extend shifts like hell and no mercy for the employees if they are ill or having severe illness. Office culture is at worst,you will have nightmares.

...acilities are chargeable at night. Partiality in employee. No yearly increment. Very less bonus. Poor management. Very bad office politics. No work life balance.

The only reason I have been working this company is work-life balance. Of course you have to work hard on the transition phase for your own betterment, other than than the people the engagement the culture is over the top. Genpact is the best company for the freshers in the industry.

The salary structure is not good here. One has to be well skilled and efficient in order to get the good hike.
