...evelopment. Over assignment of cases. No leaves preference, no roster follow up. Asks for weekend login without any extra pay or comp off. Stellar 135 has parking issues, water issue in washroom. Its just a pathetic company. For every single leave you have to ask Manager, then Senior Manager and SDL.

Genpact as a company has great roots and culture. The working environment is great for juniors, since the managers try to provide a platform and offer help whenever needed. Genpact offers good learning opportunities by designing trainings from time to time for all it's employees. Although it is a service based company, and clients play a significant role in the workload, the managers do their best to see to it that employees don't get over burdened with work.

Dislikes

While there are many good things about Genpact, the salary structure and incremental growth structure needs to be updated to stay at par with the latest industry standards. The benefits are also not that great in comparison to other service based companies.

...ost cutting to the extent where there are no tissues provided in washroom. You will be forced to work on weekends without any additional pay. They won’t allow to carry phones to floor due to this you won’t be able to attend interview calls. 9 out of 10 people give this reason for still staying with Genpact. On the scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this company 2. Don’t join this company at any cost.
