In this pandemic and crisis, Genpact assured that every employees are in good environment and provided all the accessibilities to work from home. Even working from home does not stops to learn new things or to move forward. Therefore, being a Genpact employee I am very much impressed with all the steps takrn by Genpact so far for the safety of its employees.

There is no dislike about the company and also that company which is providing a well secured job with full pay in this global crisis suitation. It is just that sometimes we have too much work load which is again a very normal thing to have.

Team leaders as well team mates are very helpful and supportive. Work environment is very good and very good platform for Freshers and new joinee to grow their career.

Dislikes

They took charged for providing travel vehicles. Salary is low compared to other companies. Some people play politics and dirty games here.

Very Very Low Salary No Free Cab Facility No Refreshments Promotions are slow No proper training for new hires Working from office at this salary is slavery nothing else . Atleast they should give WFH if salary is low. Hybrid model after few months is just a gimmick.

Unqualified Managers Almost no salary hike in appraisals Extreme office politics It hires under qualified professionals and makes them work on low salary with very low or no appraisals at all

Good organisation interms of job security and upskilling apart from this there is no positive things which I can write.

...t ur personal life. Most of the time they will told you to work on weekends too. Less salary, no promotions in operations they treat you as a slave. Transport facility very bad available only for those who works in night shift. Don't join AML kyc banking operations kinds of process where mangment is petty and cheap. They just take a extra work from you so that they can get promotion easily.
