I feel like i am doing a govt job. Genpact provide the best training to its employees and the best work culture. In addition there is job security which can offer you stability in your work life..

The only thing is the appraisal.if we don't talk about the salary, it is the best company..

Very good work life balance. In my experience I never missed a single family functions or a fastival you can also plan trip wtih your friends, leaves approved easily just maintain your work. Good trainings. Work environment is also good.

I feel I am under paid in my current role. Yearly bonus is also very less.

Working culture and most of the all I was a active CSR volunteer who have almost participated in every drive.

Dislikes

For freshers they provide very less salary in city like Gurgaon how a person will survive in 10k to 12k per month salary it almost impossible so they have to think about it and have make a rule regarding minimum salary.

Flexibility, Work from home option, Learning, no. of courses to enroll and learn, Good IJP option and easy to move.

Dislikes

Low salary structure, No Free transport cabs, No night allowance, No AC Cabs, Shuttle services they provide are of 3rd standard in the market, No Gym, No Office outing, no team outing.

Likes

Work Environment excellent , managers look after their team well, freedom of speech , freedom to wear formal and informal, fun activities while working, huge cafeteria for chilling, appraisals are accordingly.

Dislikes

Salary not decent , no cab facilities in the morning and day, too much cost cutting.
