...ere because Genpact has increased work timings to one more hour and it's now 10.5 hours including breaks for same salary. 3. Cheap politics of team leads and managers to use the agents to the utmost and never care what agents go through and show partiality based on whom they like they will get the AES ratings. 4. They never care about your extra efforts which you put in for your work but they might say they recognise those efforts. 5. No leaves for the first six months. 6. No incentives and ratings except feedbacks on the mistakes.

I didn't like anything at genpact. At first I thought it would be good to work in MNC it will boost my career but things are different here so I have nothing to add here. You can find good colleagues. That's it.

...is is so basic even small companies offer Tea but this one don't offer anything. Low salary, no work life balance, extended shifts, pressure, mangers do 1 on 1 every month but doesn't solve your issues.

There is nothing good to write about. Its such a miserable company where you are paid the least and expected to work the best. They provide can but with no AC, which means you travel in this scorching sun and getting heat strokes more like a getting a garam hawa ke thappad. Plus the shift hours are 10 hrs summing upto 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM. For the first 4-5 months it's WFO after that u get hybrid.

Salary is less than a unskilled labour. Management sucks Canteen food is bad. Vulnerable timing Worst experience Strict login time Even your breaks are gauged WAM (work activity matrix) is there, you can't even escape it, which means you literally need to sit on the system pressing keys to complete your total time pf 450 mins a day without miss.

Great work culture and team coordination. Managers and colleagues are helpful.

Dislikes

The increments and salary in general is very low and not as per industry standards. The company policy itself fosters micro-management even if the managers do not want to.

Job security is great No work life Balance possible only if you live nearby the company A little salary for Freshers Infrastructure and other facilities are good. One side CAB available if morning shift CAB picks you up from your doorstep (home). In odd hours CAB drops you off at your doorstep at night. No or very late promotions
