Need to revise the salary for the ones who are working from long long years need to revise as per market....I'm working since 9 years the salary which I am getting presently almost PD is getting the same salary with just 3 years experience are we doing wrong by working in Genpact for long years

Culture of Genpact it best. Once you enter in the organisation campus you can feel that you are in one of the safest place in this world. Mangers are so co-operative and any issue occurs You can directly approach to anyone. Everyone is ready to help you.

Haha, Not such things. It’s only Salary package that Genpact provide to their employees and transportation night charges from office to house we only pay. No free Cab facilities No Free meal facilities Less salary

...process.really bad management lots of vintage employees exited from TMP process. Moreover since last many years I was highlighted in amber about salary structure.those who were vintage employees got less salary package while new joiner getting high pay of salary.please improve this issue.

After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. Overall, while my time at Genpact offered valuable industry exposure, these instances highlighted significant areas for improvement in employee support, management training, and overall workplace culture.
