i mostly experienced is if your a not preferable person by your management but still your good at your work so then you will be stay there where you were in stating point. i feel like a nepotism system in Genpact where you can't do anything so come learn then go simple.

Good company. since i joined i always have worklife balance in genpact also the trainings are availabe on genome for yur upskiling urself. overall its a gud company whontakes care of the employee.

One thing the pay scale is lowest in the industry. Apart from that all is in track that a fresher is looking in the industry.

The culture is good and everything is in place. Leave policy is good and most of the time your leaves will be approved by managers. No work pressure and you can easily manage your work-life balance.

The pay scale is very low. The annual increment is just 7-8% and as you stay for a longer time, you will feel that you are not getting enough money

We can manage our professional and personal life very well without any stress. Leaders are very cooperative and helpful.

Honestly speaking...Salary is low in comparison to other companies but you will get other benefits which you might not get with different firms and also you get job security with Genpact.
