...y are hired from out aide instead if giving opportunity to internal employees. I don't understand this concept of hiring them for such huge package and giving less package to internal employees. The one who have put their entire life for stabilization of process will not be promoted or recognised and after all these new people will come to enjoy the benefits of it and takes the promotions. Even if a lady employee does not have process knowledge they don't see it ..if they just smiles and talk closly that's enough to promote them. Hope you understand what I mean. However the top level management do s not avare of it. They should do an analysis onbthe part that why only lady employees are getting bpromoted. And about package ..please believe me even though you have 10 year experience you gat nit mire than 4 lacs . But they hire out side people with 10 lacs package Aspecially again lady employees.

Genpact is an excellent organisation for freshers to learn. If in your initial phase of starting your carrier you don't have that much personal financial pressure. Genpact is the best company to start working for

Bench option gives you relief even if you are deboarded from one process you will get 3 months

No fair compensation as per the work they want the employee to do. Transport facilities are inhumane. No HR support and no help from management.

...ost cutting to the extent where there are no tissues provided in washroom. You will be forced to work on weekends without any additional pay. They won’t allow to carry phones to floor due to this you won’t be able to attend interview calls. 9 out of 10 people give this reason for still staying with Genpact. On the scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this company 2. Don’t join this company at any cost.
