Company atmosphere is good. Work burden high. Salary is very low. You have to keep much patience for permition. Career growth you have to keep much patience.

Dislikes

Work Burden too much there is no systematically shift timing for working. As a company according shift timing is 9 hrs but work burden too much so most of the shift timing is sttrach. 10 to 11 hrs

Culture, ethical standards,policy, environment etc except salary structure.

...process.really bad management lots of vintage employees exited from TMP process. Moreover since last many years I was highlighted in amber about salary structure.those who were vintage employees got less salary package while new joiner getting high pay of salary.please improve this issue.

For example, when I was severely ill and unable to attend work, I was not only asked for medical proof but was also threatened with salary deductions. After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. Overall, while my time at Genpact offered valuable industry exposure, these instances highlighted significant areas for improvement in employee support, management training, and overall workplace culture.

Good work culture.. Can learn a lot of new things.. ypu can freely move from one process to another which gives us a good opportunity to learn more about many other process..

Salary and appraisal in this company is not really high.

Genpact is a great company but only problem was the way they hire a person. The salary was not given as per my knowledge. It was decided based on last drawn salary.
