I do not have dislikes however the one part that I really think that can improve is Salary structure. This should at least match the brand value that Genpact has in the market.

Managers like sandeep bhati are taking personal vendetta by moving people out of process out of his will rather than based on performance. He is currently manager at crossriver bank transaction monitoring team Too much work pressure Target is set so high so that no one is able to meet expectations We have to work on saturdays and sundays

Some Manager behaviour is not good. I am working here to less salary even in my team same folks also work double of my package with same experience. We work here every day 10 to 12 hours continued without overtime payouts. I don't want to wright here everything.

Genpact is good but GoDaddy process is gross

6 days working, only one week of, salary also is 15k per month only, customers u get are terrible, it's more like a sales roles, if ur interested in sales then only apply for this role else dont

...ve no complaints with Genpact since the time I have been working there till now. Through this medium, I would like to tell Genpact that if the salary is a little better, then every employee will be able to survive well. According to the way inflation is increasing in life. If we talk about dislikes, then there is nothing disliked. There is just a small problem inside the stomach that if we are talking about transport then there is a little issue in transport. Otherwise everything is ok.There should be a good increment so that every employee can live his life well. The way things are getting expensive, the way people have medical issues, etc.
