Work culture to mangers behavior. Basically there are several project/process. Few of them from top clients. Few Senior managers from Content Curation team and GPPRS Chandan Kumar Singh, Kumar Anjanay all of these people are very much unprofessional and they lie about project deadline, ramp up, these people will force you out of company if you are in their bad books. Managers or FLM's here are the worst few of them are Mohd Wahib, Tariq Jameel are one of the worst managers of all because they are partial and play politics with employee. These people will give chances to their favorite employees or their known people. Every IJP is rigged and candidates are already selected due to favoritism. Also, Job security is here myth projects fluctuate a lot. They will not provide you real time skills just complete your genome cards which is obsolete and outdated.

Nothing good in my experience. It was good in the past, but now it’s becoming **worse day by day**. I wonder how people are working even more horror than a labor, just because they are jobless and have no other option for their livelihood.

...ll-being. Management, for the most part, is incompetent and lacks basic empathy. Here Manager are like an as****ho*** know nothing than making labor exploitation They expect you to function like robots, pushing you to the edge for a shockingly low salary of just 1.9 LPA. Yes, there’s job security, but what’s the point if the work environment is toxic? People join, regret it almost immediately, and then spend their time planning their resignation. The few decent managers that exist are overshadowed by the sheer number of terrible ones. It feels less like an MNC and more like a chaotic startup where nobody knows what they’re doing, yet they expect employees to go above and beyond for peanuts. The constant micromanagement, lack of appreciation, and toxic atmosphere make this one of the worst places to work. Advice to Management: Start treating employees like humans. A stable job doesn’t mean people will tolerate a toxic work culture. Pay fairly, improve work-life balance, and stop exploiting employees before the company’s reputation sinks further. Bottom Line: You're better off being unemployed than ruining your mental health here. Think twice before joining

...enced a lack of professional support from management during my probation period. For example, when I was severely ill and unable to attend work, I was not only asked for medical proof but was also threatened with salary deductions. After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. Overall, while my time at Genpact offered valuable industry exposure, these instances highlighted significant areas for improvement in employee support, management training, and overall workplace culture.
