One of the worst organization to work with. Pathetic transport service, shutl service, poor salary.

Dislikes

Transportation. They have the lowest grade of cab facility a company could provide. One side non AC cabs for which they deduct 900rs monthly and yet they treat you like some labours.

...process.really bad management lots of vintage employees exited from TMP process. Moreover since last many years I was highlighted in amber about salary structure.those who were vintage employees got less salary package while new joiner getting high pay of salary.please improve this issue.

For example, when I was severely ill and unable to attend work, I was not only asked for medical proof but was also threatened with salary deductions. After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. Overall, while my time at Genpact offered valuable industry exposure, these instances highlighted significant areas for improvement in employee support, management training, and overall workplace culture.

Good work culture.. Can learn a lot of new things.. ypu can freely move from one process to another which gives us a good opportunity to learn more about many other process..

Salary and appraisal in this company is not really high.
