I haven't seen such team work colleagues anywhere. My whole team is very supportive to me. Can learn a lot from seniors guidance. Work life balance maintained well. From the top to the bottom level management all are very friendly and supportive.

I am new in software development and in initial stage I don't know anything, but the staff and HR team members of this company give confidence and time which helped me a lot, spend money and buy the courses we asked for. There is no discrimination here, everyone is equal. I like a lot of things. They spend money organized a spoken English class for employees to improve their communication skills. We have any problem in personal life or work environment, once we inform to Hr team or employees, they take immediate action and provide solution as soon as possible. I love genix and genix culture and staff also.

The company always gives priority to its employees. PEOPLE FIRST is the MOTO of our Company. We as an employee of GENIX feel proud to work here as we are given full freedom to express our opinion directly to the Top Management, of course, our HR Team help us do this. The company invests a lot in the employees' Learning and development and improves their skills continuously. For any employee who acquires a new skill, and he wants to work in that platform, opportunities are widely open to them to explore in their new path of employment. It's a great place to work. They keep People First. Benefits are really good and much helpful. The Top Level Management is easily accessible and they value the feedback of the People. Though we Work From Home, Management ensure they build the people rapport to have a strong team. Genix Technology is a vibrant community with good young talents with new ideas and skills. I love to be a part of GENIX Family.
