No salary hikes even if we work for 5 years. No promotion based on performance.
Worst management specially. Worst manager and HR team. HR vijay pujari doesn’t care anything about the employees. No complaints are addressed properly. They only favour with the superiors. Manager Murli and there subordinates “Sumanth” “Simanchal” are the worst management a company could have hired to run several process. I have had the worst experience working with this people. I hope my review reach the top level of the company.

...ny I have worked for. No offs on public holidays, no knowledge gaining programs. Uneducated team leaders, no salary appraisals, entirely politics in place of ijps and requests. management never supports employees at times of justice. Politics at office .
During my 2.5 yr journey. I learnt alot here. Best thing about the genisys is after working hours you don't need to worry about work apart from that managers and TL are so supportive.
...fresher this company is good to start up ur career, No benefits for employees... Agents work more than the salary given by the organization... My concern is to make high SALARY for employees...
