I have working as Desktop Support Engineer so we have following standard ITIL process thats the big advantage us so that we have great SLA's for resolve quire's also good management is also there. I most like there management.

No salary hike even you have completed one year..or your good performer they doesn't care

It's just a hiring agency, they buy candidates and sell at higher price to their client.

Dislikes

...re just like a product to them, they earn commission by buying and selling them. If the client doesn't release money, Genex doesn't have enough money to pay the salary of their employees.

I really don’t like this company as it’s not registered in any bank so we cannot get bank approvals for getting loans

Was there for six months and was all going very well but they need experience above my age and was forced to resign on 3rd of dec without doing anything wrong have taken just 3 day holiday in 6 months but they want skill persons not the hard working persons thanku genx for being a part in spoiling my carrer growth.
