This company is very worst.even the appraisal is not good, there is only politics in appraisals. after 3 years everyone has been appraised and the appraisal was also not good . Work is going on from home but they do not even pay the internet bill, they paid the internet bill for first 1 year only and after that they stopped. And during the festivals they make the employees work even on the week offs like saturday and sunday. The manager TL also insults the employees. And they forcibly make the employees work on week offs even if the fever is not cured they do not listen and do not give leave.they forcibly make the employees work. When the employees takes leave , they threaten him by saying that he should quit the job. Worst company worst managers . Especially that Mr . Sameer shinde and Meenino dorairaj.

Work Culture and Work life balance is Good

Dislikes

Lot of wrong decisions by management. As a result complete business unit (about 80% of global team got fired) got shutdown and our Indian management & HR is worst, with no ethical, empathy and moral values.

Just some tech are good nothing more than that.

Dislikes

They are just showing off and getting ratings based on new joiners. No one from the guys who are there working for years never say good about it. Also very less people working here for more than 2 to 10 years. This is specific to Chennai.
