Good work environment and culture.company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary , management are good

The company policies are good salary is decent but career growth is slow , there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

No issues for holiday & they adjust holiday. also understand our problems. salary on time.

Most of employees are working in low salary. 12hrs working daily lot of time. salary increment not done every year, increment doing after 3 years they also very low. Force to work in Saturday Sunday n no pay for extra working.

...professionalism, they say slangs and think employee as slave. So rude behaviour. Company has no work life balance, don't approve leaves, less salary no increment and promotion.

People should be stay jobless rather joining this organisation... Neither any skills development, nor salary increment, nor, job security, nor proper time for salary and nor they are giving the full and final payment

Friendly Environment and supportive senior's, lots off learn about highly advanced survey i.e 3D. Maping and Topography survey.

Dislikes

Too much work load and pressure. To much caring about survey instruments, and any by mistake then fine cuts in monthly salary.
