Employee engagement programs and the training are good. The work from home facility is also good.

Dislikes

The team isnt transparent, there is no clear communication. The employees are not confirmed timely, HR processes are very slow. Too many hierarchical problems. Seniors are not at all supportive and humiliate juniors in Public.

Likes

HR is approachable and humble even after you leave the company. Deepshikha- Chief Marketing abs growth officer is quite reachable and an amazing person.

Dislikes

There are a bunch of people who don’t have the skill set but serve the top management by being around them left, right and Center. These people should be sacked.

Excellent team support and great mentors to work with. Leadership open to your views and respect what you think simultaneously would guide you through your difficult situations to give you comfort and ease.. very good learning ground and good place to grow at work and individually.

Dislikes

Too much work pressure difficult to balance work and family...
