Just one good point. Employee get one bonus salary on Diwali if he completed more than 6 months till Diwali.

Dislikes

team members are sneaky peoples of company boss. Most of the girls are fawning. There are no senior person currently because of politics by junior staff or Boss mis-behavior or egoistic attitude with senior persons. No security of job. Company can fire you any time. No career growth. If you are married then this is not the right company for you. This is not a Company. It is Factory for labors.Office in time is fixed, but out time is not fixed. If you company have lots of work then they will force to do work till whole day-night for next 3-4 days. If you say no - then they will fire you instantly.
