It was a terrible experience for me, as I have suffered mentally so much working there. There's no work life balance, your mental health isn't taken into consideration all they care about are the clients

- Non- existent work life balance - working hours were fixed but you had to stay after that also - No compensation for overtime

Friendly colleagues, you get to learn a lot, very good start for a fresher.

Dislikes

You cannot be sure if your seniors/managers will back you if someone questions your work. They need to replace the people in the HR department with people who are actually skilled to handle the work.
