Worst management and worst culture getting salary is not the main moto of any job , getting salary out of good service is very much necessary and they are not giving the authentic mid range gemstones to customers making fake lab certificates and not giving support to their employees as well. If you ditch your own executives in all respects who represent the company its meaning less. There is no management only cheaters can survive under this shelter which is common in our society . Heavy politics by management even manipulating the turnover after the end of the month . For doing cost cutting they ask to leave old employees then hire Freshers in lower salary for doing cost cutting.

1. Ontime Salary 2. Don't believe in firing until the employee does some blunder 3. If you are a misfit, provide a chance in a new role 4. New Ideas are invited if worth, implementing them 5. Weekly Performance Review to help to decide goal / Target 6. Right buying guidance to the customer 7. Ethical good, when it comes to customer service

1. Sometimes micromanagement is not required 2. Sometimes need to work after working hours but that is business needs (so its OK)

...e. There is no work like balance, if you are married, you might end up divorced. Additionally, the pay scale is very poor with increments of only 5% at most and that you with a delay of almost a year where your another increment would be due. Within 2 weeks I realized that I'm trapped. There is zero perks, the insurance premium will be deducted from your CTC. SO PLEASE DON"T SPOIL YOUR CAREER. They force the employees to leave 5 star rating here.

...o work with plus these puple r fr*ud and i have experienced it they force me to quit and promised me to give the salary which they ate hr serially threatened me and team lead at that time was akhil and deepti as hr deept threatened me and akhil promised me to give the full salary but they didnt so please from my experience i will say do not join the shi*ty work place like gempundt same i shared on my LinkedIn shit*iest and the most fr*ud n tox*c place to work

Hr doesn't know any thing. I had word with HR team member ( raksha ), she doesn't even ready to tell the company shift timings properly and asking me to be available till 12:30am night starting to 9:30 morning. With saying 3 rotational shifts. When asked the shift timings she said she only knows about the one shift timings and others not properly. And asking me to join in such situations. She doesn't have a ethical way to talk even. Not recommend to join such company where informations are not transparent with the employees.
