Hr doesn't know any thing. I had word with HR team member ( raksha ), she doesn't even ready to tell the company shift timings properly and asking me to be available till 12:30am night starting to 9:30 morning. With saying 3 rotational shifts. When asked the shift timings she said she only knows about the one shift timings and others not properly. And asking me to join in such situations. She doesn't have a ethical way to talk even. Not recommend to join such company where informations are not transparent with the employees....Read More

They are not employee centric. They just want to become a BIG4 overnight and expect their employees to work 24/7. It sometimes feels claustrophobic, as if you can't breathe. There is no work like balance, if you are married, you might end up divorced. Additionally, the pay scale is very poor with increments of only 5% at most and that you with a delay of almost a year where your another increment would be due. Within 2 weeks I realized that I'm trapped. There is zero perks, the insurance premium will be deducted from your CTC. SO PLEASE DON"T SPOIL YOUR CAREER.
