Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, converting leads into customers, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience. This role involves communicating with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer requirements and offer relevant solutions.
• Convert leads into sales while maintaining a high conversion rate.
• Maintain follow-ups and build strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly targets for sales and revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for feedback and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in CRM.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the jewelry/e-commerce/retail industry is a plus
