Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Work-life balance - Good

Salary timing 2 to 2.5 months, PF submission after 2 years, TDS submission after 2 years, no job security, no increment as per timings, if you resign then your salary will be increased. Some of non-technical staffs intervene on site engineering work, affect SOP.
