Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and cooperative and the management is also Good. Company policy are good.

Dislikes

There is a politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Bonus not given by the company and salary hike is also not satisfactory.

Salary hike is very very poor as I was working at Greater Noida site, there's politics is of next level, you'll get increment and in next salary increment will be revert, deserving don't get what they deserves actually. In the name of covid company ate huge amount of employees and still eating. In FnF they are not giving even your hard earned money (Ex-Gratia, PLP) in the name of covid and cash flow. At the time of appraisal some people get the increment and some not, even you are good performer but don't L**k the boot (Chamchagiri) of your boss forget about the increment. Timings can be changed any time depends upon project manager's mood. Salary will be deducted depends on project manager's mood.

Very supportive staff You have to also think about the company growth as taking more efforts and good output Salary on time at every first of month Job security also well it's depends upon your performance and ur capability
