There is everything to Dislike , like Team mates , Management , job security, appraisals will be like Nothing, No Growth , nothing to learn new , One may forget all sales skills if been working here.

Team mates are not helpfull at all, there are no benefits for employees, social life is almost dead, work environment is poor, upraisals are always delayed for 6 months. 1 thing good about it is location is great.

Overall it is non beneficial working here.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
