The salary is under average of the market price. Designers do not get their table as much as we deserve. High time management should understand the value of good design and its importance. The director of design is clueless of design. He just blabbers without understanding what design is. Messes up with designers work. Should not hire managers like him who knows nothing but to fool around.

Good to start as a fresher, not much opportunities to grow, take the experience and switch within a yarr or two.

Dislikes

Work Life Balance is very bad, nepotism at it's peak which makes management hell. Low salary growth, better at TCS probably

...ces closes is expected then also no guarantee of any growth. No good projects. Interns are expected to work as full time employees at 18000 per month salary. Giving ideas for project and creation from scratch is expected from interns, whole 3 tier application like ecommerce within 1 month with no guidance provided. So if interns have this pressure you can expect the pressure at my position. Company sharing pictures of fun are just marketing, internally no one is even allowed to talk and strict eye is kept using hidden devices in cabins near desk and actions are taken accordingly. Yes recording devices are there. Bond period is very huge. I was not given any promotion regardless of work done. Any negative review posted is deleted by mass reporting Most projects are poorly written code as things move fast. No guarantee of being included in company projects/ client(product /service based) even after recruitment. So no major contribution on your career growth. And then shown door. No matter how good you were in previous places they just use and throw according to their selfish reasons. In an answer to a review company termed educated employees as labourer s so the mentality can be very well seen.

Good experimental culture, work could get repetitive but the culture around open source contributions is good and overall helpful peers and seniors.

The pay is average and the notice period is too much.
