Look for No job security here but rules change for family/ friends. Work pressure above roof. Working till offices closes is expected then also no guarantee of any growth. No good projects. Interns are expected to work as full time employees at 18000 per month salary. Giving ideas for project and creation from scratch is expected from interns, whole 3 tier application like ecommerce within 1 month with no guidance provided. So if interns have this pressure you can expect the pressure at my position. Company sharing pictures of fun are just marketing, internally no one is even allowed to talk and strict eye is kept using hidden devices in cabins near desk and actions are taken accordingly. Yes recording devices are there. Bond period is very huge. I was not given any promotion regardless of work done. Any negative review posted is deleted by mass reporting Most projects are poorly written code as things move fast. No guarantee of being included in company projects/ client(product /service based) even after recruitment. So no major contribution on your career growth. And then shown door. No matter how good you were in previous places they just use and throw according to their selfish reasons. Novartis Job Offer

Hi everyone, I have 3.6 years of IT experience and currently work at a service-based company in Pune. My current CTC is 14 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed). I recently received an offer from Novartis Hyderabad as Data Analyst level 3 with a CTC of 19.9 LPA (18.3 LPA fixed). Is this a good offer, or is it on the lower side for my experience? Would appreciate your suggestions! Any answers from people working at Novartis pls ?
