Nothing… company work culture is very worst and they are not providing salary on time.

...fact whoever are working in Geekster they are not satisfying at all. Company don’t have any beneficial policy for employees they just used them and these people not providing salary on time.. so I repeat it again this company is worst ever in my entire life… Do not join this company…

Everyone is friendly but not the management.

Worst shift Timings - they will start at 10:30am and it's upto them when they want to leave you, it goes upto 09:30pm and sometimes more than that. Office politics and favouritism on top. They can give you PIP at anytime whether if you are performing as well. One of my colleague got continuously 3 months PIP even he was achieving his Target everytime but they have clearly made their mind to drop him out but at the end he was fed up with the organization and he decided not to continue. Every month many BDA's are terminated without any justification. They will show you dreams about growing with the organisation but there's not even any guarantee that you can continue for 3-4 months also. Worst company to join. I'll suggest not to join if you are looking for a stability in your career.

Within the Product Team , the culture is great. Managers, analysts, designers and devs all work with together in harmony. Sr PMs are always open to hearing ideas and provide great mentorship as well. Devs are very flexible specially the dev TL is extremely capable and always helps out whenever i have a technical doubt.

Dislikes

Cross team collaboration could be a bit better and a bit of vision alignment amongst all team members would help a lot.

Likes

There is a healthy and friendly working enviornment where everyone maintains a welcoming approach. There is transparency in Management. Overall, it is a good place to work maintaining work life balance.

Dislikes

There is no strategised way of working and a bit of visible favourism not on management level but on team level which affects ground level employees defication, which should be worked upon.
