Within the Product Team , the culture is great. Managers, analysts, designers and devs all work with together in harmony. Sr PMs are always open to hearing ideas and provide great mentorship as well. Devs are very flexible specially the dev TL is extremely capable and always helps out whenever i have a technical doubt.

Dislikes

Cross team collaboration could be a bit better and a bit of vision alignment amongst all team members would help a lot.

1. Geekster has supportive teammates, abundant learning opportunities. We can directly connect to the founders and team leader which is rare. Other team members are also very kind to work with.

What makes a startup like Geekster a great place to work is the culture is very supportive. There are fun Fridays which brings a positive vibe in the office. Also you have seniors who are open to feedback.
