Everything except compensation. If you know how to say 'YES' to everything what your senior says then this is the place for you else don't waste your time. Also, don't forget to use anti venom pills as you are mostly surrounded by snakes at work.

...g & leaders in the global market for 13 years now, hence Gedu has job security. Salary is credited on time here. The company is working on good policies and gradually sharing the same with employees - They should speed up this process - Good benefits & policies will bring greater job satisfaction. Gedu's business concept in education domain is very impressive and a hit.

Evolution takes time. Not all the policies are in place, that can match the speed at which the organisation is evolving.

Silos and Bureaucracy - Management and HR team are good for nothing. They do micromanagement and do dirty politics. Make life hell for hardworking and talented people just to promote their favorite's/undeserving/unqualified candidates.
