Everything except compensation. If you know how to say 'YES' to everything what your senior says then this is the place for you else don't waste your time. Also, don't forget to use anti venom pills as you are mostly surrounded by snakes at work.

...g & leaders in the global market for 13 years now, hence Gedu has job security. Salary is credited on time here. The company is working on good policies and gradually sharing the same with employees - They should speed up this process - Good benefits & policies will bring greater job satisfaction. Gedu's business concept in education domain is very impressive and a hit.

Only 1 work from home available in a month.

Only one things they were giving the 1 wfh where there is no need to work and no need to attend the meeting.

Everyone is same for Managment who working for 13 months who joined recently all will got 5 % increment even the inflation rate is 7-8 %. Top management change the rating without informing the Reporting manger. Thye set the example 2-3 person can't feed the dog but no one is responsible for feeding dog means no one is responsible for the deliveries of Project. top leave highering only their know people of other org and no one is joining in the IT team from last 90 days every one reads the review and don't join the company. No one in the PMo team is having any certification in the Project Managment and don't even know how to use the jira confluence. No matter how much you dedicatedly work they will give you 2 -3 rating on 2 rating you will not get any hike and on 3 you will get 5 % and on 4 if you are a chatu employe you will got 15-20 % hike. 5 lk is getting 5 % and 50 lakh is also getting 5% hike every one is same.

This company check your BGC after 1 year and if anything negative they didn’t give you any chance to explain or proof, they just believe on their vendors and throw out the company without giving any notice. In this company the worst HR is Tanishq Singh they do not know how to talk people so I completely agree please do not join this company until unless this is not last company in the world.
