...get is completion is introduced quite after my year is been almost completed. Our salary started to dedicate, due Idle time, if the mail (referral) is not in list how can we work, so obvious it will mark a idle time, some of days where work flow is an average. Daily 365+ referrals were received, and we use to respond and create a referral. Process is sorted but managers and team leaders, are used to do favouritism to the particular users, if the person is form favour list is coming late or change the shifts at any time, taking an unplanned leave and not informing, extend the 1 hour break more than once instance, this kind of users are very special, why i don't know ?. They even don't get warning if someone like me inform to the manager about the matter, they will explain you about the process what's the money we are generating per dollar?, example in my case, my team leader Neha Lalwani raise my complete to assistant manager about the my break scheduled, is used to take a break for about 55 minutes in 9 Hrs shift, but at once I take the break i never get up from my chair, but i used to take whole to my lunch and other's user will take break like eg. Smoke break, Breakfast Break, Tea Break, Washroom Break, Langdi Kho Kho Break, Nuni lasun sab break. And always they are extended there break more than me, when i have conversation with the Mr.Wasim Baig, i tell him to look out the other users, at the meeting room he explained me Hermann Ebbinghaus, forgetting curve and David Ricardo Labor Theory of Value. Afterwards it feels so bad. when i tell him I know both theories. This thing cause due to Sagar Padhy 🐽 He is Sasu of E Referral Process, A matchbox.

Canteen is not good , most of the time if we don't reach target then company deducted the salary it is not user issue I like , environment of the office is also average drop facility is also not good

Salary is low as per work, target base job if target not met salary get deducted, they say its open door policy, but if u try to reach management or hr, they will busy all the time.

Salary will be deducted if target not achieve. Social life will be vanished. Treat you like a slave. Unachievable target within a shift hours to achieve target need to stretch daily 12 to 15 hours. Lots of biasness.

Politics, Poor People Management, Old school company policies. Zero flexibility, Poor and Pathetic Leadership quality and style till VP Level. Unorganised business matrices due middle management suffers a lot. No employees motivation strategies or framework. Because of mentioned points employees are having in stressed zone.
