Nice place to work. Supervisor and other supporting staff is very helpful. Got to learn so much of rcm. If you are fresher in rcm must join as you'll get detailed training of rcm and calling. Floor support throughout training period is awesome. Freshers can easily achieve target.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal are worst than industry standards. If employee is investing 4 years with highest rating appraisal won't be more than 800-1000 whereas who hired as experienced will have twice of salary than a 4-5 year old employees. Forget about IJP they are only for manager and tl favourite employees ( No matter how hard you've worked) you'll find people whose ranking is worst are getting promoted but top ranked employee won't get promotion.

It's is not an employe friendly company it's been 2yrs no appreciation at all all deductions and salary issues are faced by employees only secondly they have targets when the tragets are not meant you won't get pay for that day. All policies updated are in favour of management only and if you raise your voice be sure you'll lose your job. Secondly if you are sick due to pandemic or have an emergency and have no leaves in kit that would be loss of pay. No work from home due to company problems like no process or no work from home option no pay.

Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and always helpful. Team lead is friendly always their to help and job training is excellent for fresher..

Dislikes

For fresher they provide decent salary, but even after working hard and giving 100% there is no increment in salary. Career growth is also slow.

The company is not at all supporting me in this covid situation. They are neither providing wfh or wfo and no salary since 2months and still they have no updates as too what is going inside the company , half of my batch ppl are jobless and they say that atleast we aren't removing you out of the company. What will we do by being in such a company where you aren't provided even basic I arranged a laptop so that I can do wfh bcox company wouldnt provide us with one and after taking it they say no wfh we dnt have trainers too... Hahahah lol

There is no salary even if you want to work you aren't given anything to work on neither from office neither home what more can be bad in this situation

...ment, despite being calling process desks are pretty much close to one another. Pay day is not fixed, you can expect delays in getting salary every month, and also not get it at all for some or the reason. Favoritism is thoroughly practiced at all costs. Employees are forced to work through Saturdays which happens to be fixed off in US and are asked to complete their targets which are nearly impossible considering the fact the data you get is churned from 2 diff orgns already.
