well talking about dislikes.. There is lot to say.. In every aspect there is disappointing... First I would like to say people please don't join in this company.. Especially experience folks they will hire you by offering great salary.. But when you joined you will not get a salary... HR department will hire you by saying good company.. But after training they will reveal the truth there is target based salary that to day wise and not meet that target on that day, will lose salary.. And especially the inventory is waste inventory and there is no downtime even there is software issue from client side company will never provide downtime.. At any cost need to meet the target...waste management.. No responsibility and in case after surviving notice period they will say after 45 days will get salary.. But even 5 to 6 months will not get Full and final settlement... Please please don't join in Gebbs..even if you need urgent job also don't join and Instead of working in Gebbs it is better to do labour work why means you will get pay and there is timing......Read More

I dont like working at gebbs vecause department is worse they dont resolve the issues of employees about getting there salary deducted every other time they ask to stretch us the shift time but dont provide us overtime money and as employees we cannot take paid leave which is left in our bucket for that also they need explanation.

Same salary issue is going in gebbs health care and i think fmc process is not going. To continue after december of 2023 so please dont join GEBBs

1. Your TL's(sana, imad, sajan) , Managers(nitesh) and HR's(sr.voice president POOJA) won't give you any supports. especially HR team always blame you thought you haven't done anything and don't give time to explain. 2. Thought you have leave balance in your bucket you cannot use(need to beg for leaves) if not marked as LOP. 3. Management is not good as expected. 4. They will FIRE/ATL(ask to leave) without any reason. 5. Once joined at gebbs and you want to leave organization they will put on QA alarm or terminate. 6. In one word you will treat first 3 months as KING and rest as slave. 7. One you complete your target they force you to do more and ask you to stretch. 8. If any salary deduction happened no Team to take responsibility to give proper response. 9. You cannot even take your own breaks 10. Work environment, culture, Bad Management, No focus on growth or learning rather than just pulling up the targets and showing fake numbers, Target based Salaries. Basically Paid for the day as per the percentage of your Target met. e.g:- Target achieved for the day is below 75% of the set Target can get you a half-day's pay cut. And if it's below 50% it'll be marked as absent.

P.s- please allow phone to be used in cafeteria and please note the compliance guy named Avrald is very biased towards mens he gives chances to girls if they are caught doing some compliance issue like getting phone on floor and eating and he doesn't give a second chance to guys request you to take an action
