Opportunity to learn the medical billing for newbies. Students completing their studies after HSC can benefit by working here simultaneously.

Inconsiderate management. Work place is quite exhausting considering the floor arrangement, despite being calling process desks are pretty much close to one another. Pay day is not fixed, you can expect delays in getting salary every month, and also not get it at all for some or the reason. Favoritism is thoroughly practiced at allcosts. Employees are forced to work through Saturdays which happens to be fixed off in US and are asked to complete their targets which are nearly impossible considering the fact the data you get is churned from 2 diff orgns already....Read More

i was working as an sr ar in gebbs from last 2 years 10 months when i have join gebbs i was fresher ,,but i have leaned lots of thing in gebbs i do my work effectively an with effecently i make calls but when it is required not every time.

Overall experience.. confusing! Skill development & learning.. nothing they expect sr ar associate with domain exp to get engaged directly into the job no formal training will be provided you may need to work on whole new things from day one. Luckily my manager send fir training as an exception Work life balance .. for me i worked last few months 10 to 13 hours.. No one cares they care abt target for which they will not allow you to go home.. they will not improve workflow to make things quicker. Compensation and benefits.. i registered my wife with health insurance after a surgery i was wih her for few days no supervisor inform how to claim the benefits.. by the time i reach HR..
