Culture, politics, no opportunities to grow, Increments are pathetic, variable pay is partially paid even if you perform. They make profit by cutting pay, perks of people than paying attention. Stone age Tools used for managing projects in the era of AI. Grow up !!

GE has Gods work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management of GE is very transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for breakfast and Lunch.

Salary is decent but Carrer growth is slow, Training is not given during the job.

None . There is a lot of politics the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is descent.

I have a lot of experience in my Electrical Design and is field.I feel very good there working culture is best.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. Some time I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day.
