growth is decent, but compensation is slow. the work pressure is very high sometimes, I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also there is no on-job training for fresher's,

Culture, politics, no opportunities to grow, Increments are pathetic, variable pay is partially paid even if you perform. They make profit by cutting pay, perks of people than paying attention. Stone age Tools used for managing projects in the era of AI. Grow up !!

GE has Gods work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management of GE is very transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for breakfast and Lunch.

Salary is decent but Carrer growth is slow, Training is not given during the job.
