Wabtec overall a good company to work but if you come specific to site , culture difference is high.

Wabtec Marhowrah site is now running like a owner based company. All credit to plant head and SITE HR.You will be Judged on everything apart from your work performance. Certain department doesn't have work life balance.

I'm working in GE Transportation as Junior Engineer. In GE Transportation our management provide us Level wise training such as Electrical basic & Mechanical basic and after qualifying they provide us Electrical advance & Mechanical advance training. This training is very helpful to know about Locomotive working principals. Our management provide us safety training and many other training for our personality development.

At this location good hospitals are so far from the organization.

Here I learned a lot about the engine and that the team also gets along very well, there is complete security of the job.... There is a gym and trainee hostel and a good environment
