GE has Gods work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management of GE is very transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for breakfast and Lunch.

Salary is decent but Carrer growth is slow, Training is not given during the job.

...th management. I've work before this company. Good work environment and culture. Company policy are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

None . There is a lot of politics the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is descent.

I have a lot of experience in my Electrical Design and is field.I feel very good there working culture is best.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. Some time I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day.
