This is my 1st company experience and it is too good,I have learn so many things. All the senior are very helpful and supportive .

Everything is good just a single point in which it should be better that is giving job.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

Compensation and facilities to exiting management staff is not as good as workmen staff. After more than 30 years of service to company they are not given home as workmen are being given.

Worthless people are working here in Senior Management. This unit is earning while people at corporate office are sucking. Before you wish to join this organisation ask for the year to year headcount. That will answer everything for you. You will get a lot of managers with good skill in excel & power point but there is hardly any engineer working there. Unit is being literally run by a class of contractors.

MANY OF THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT LEADERS ARE VERY MUCH FOND OF SHORT CUTS . BEING AN ENGINEERING COMPANY THE LOCAL ENGINEERS ARE NOT UP TO THE MARK
