I just joined the company for good salary even that i had not got and if talk about incentives that wrost in an year i have not got my incentive craiteria is sooo bad.. froud company i will never tell to any boday to join this company or never tell to any boday to go for sbi credit card. sumir ahmed

...re are lots of fun activity over the floor which employee can enjoyed the most.In my tenure i had got 7 increments in my salary ,3 awards and 1 promotion.This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable ,high-quality products and has a global client base.

compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. Growth must be speed up.

Training is excellent. 5 days working culture give you better opportunity to balance your life. Politics is every where. but good place to learn.

compensation and benefits were very low till executive level.

There is job security. Work culture is good. Management is good. Company policies are also good.

Long working hour and difficulty in travelling to Office. Growth is good. There should be no Politics. Good learning curve. Good work environment. There are great opportunities . There is good work-life balance.

There is very worst Management, they treat any associate like his or her servant. Team leaders are very bad. no career growth. Higher label like only buttering people. They talk very rude with boy and girls as well. Working environment is very bad if call flow will high then they will not allow for break till low call flow whether it is evening. if you go washroom more then two time they will ask why you are going washroom again & again whether he is boy and girl. Zero innovation, after 8 hrs login you cannot manage your social life. you cant give any time to your family.
