Technical competency. in a team 10% to 20% ge staff rest vendor-partner. top-management lacks technical leadership. lot of un necessary processes and tools. overwhelming management hierarchy, need to improvise on securing good software engineers.

Working cultural is best for fresher also best opportunity knowledge gain & improve ours skills. The best part of Team members & Management (HR) are Supportive.For freshers there is no Job security it's only depends upon on your performance & available requirements (vacancy).For women's is safe working cultural & so many safety policy's.

As we Accepted for fresher salary package is little bit low as compared to others company,but it's okay with other facilities is free. so it's good.

...agement is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary as per experienced & bonus every year..
