No Work Life Balance Need to work on weekends Managers never understand your problem they only want work Leaves are not approved, even if you take leave you should give production for that day even for the sick leave. Need to work 12 hours every day

Salary comes on time.

Dislikes

They consider you don't have life and you are robot. Unrealistic targets, you have to work 12/14 hours even in weekend. They don't give leaves even in emergency. You have to do your manager's work as well. Very poor management. No perks and very low insurance.

...es and hikes, appreciations, rewards, leaves, and other facilities are terrible. The salary is too low, nobody should join the company.

Salary, career growth, appraisals, everything is terrible.

The people are major plus factor for the organization. Very helpful and supportive. Patient while onboarding and explaining what to do and how.

Dislikes

Compensation level and structure is not great, about 10-15% of the CTC is kept away as annual bonus or gratuities, leading to lower in-hand salary. Appraisals aren't that great either

Good working environment, less stress good to be around people who push u up in a ladder to achieve your goals...

Dislikes

Bonus and not much benifits and salary hike is quite minimal as compared to competitive companies in same industry
