Salary and hike, that is the major problem. Else it is an awesome place to work. But you should not think of getting hike every year and also not more than 4-5% on an average.

No Work Life Balance Need to work on weekends Managers never understand your problem they only want work Leaves are not approved, even if you take leave you should give production for that day even for the sick leave. Need to work 12 hours every day

They consider you don't have life and you are robot. Unrealistic targets, you have to work 12/14 hours even in weekend. They don't give leaves even in emergency. You have to do your manager's work as well. Very poor management. No perks and very low insurance.
