I like the company's work environment, quite professional. There is not much work related stress here. My colleagues were helpful and this would be a perfect job if you are looking for a relax work-life balance environment.

...econdary Research, no more learning, copy-paste type of stuff for associates. Appraisal is too bad, what they will decide you have to accept, hike in salary is too low as compared to similar organisations.

They consider you don't have life and you are robot. Unrealistic targets, you have to work 12/14 hours even in weekend. They don't give leaves even in emergency. You have to do your manager's work as well. Very poor management. No perks and very low insurance.
