...e so called social hour. There is lot of overtime work without any compensation. Last but not the least, there is salary delay and they never give you your pending dues.

All Management is excellent, no dought for this company. Here i observed a familiar environment, work culture is so good i was very happy in centre. our center manager ( Shahnawaz) is best manager and he have golden heart and very supportive. job security is not so good, i will give 2 star for job security.

GCS Computer Technology has doesn't fullfill a job security. I was surfing from weakness and doctor suggested rest for 15-20 days but management didn't approve my medical leave and i did resignation. That time i am very disappointed . I dislike this type of management

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
