Honestly, except food and work timings, which is avg. there is pretty much nothing to be told about.

Almost everything... specially salary is never on time.. after working for 3months, you can hope for a month salary, that too is not even sure.

Gayat project ltd good company . salary delay 2month.and Site office time not fix I working fathepur Uttar Pradesh . Office time note fix 8amto 5pm. 9to 6. 10to 6 note fix time and hr policy is very bad

Here domination and Eating money management category. Salary very late 5 months pending 2 months giving. Md very good person but That package management GM PM AGM DPM CM All are danger

All yhe working culture, staff respect, salary deductions even after leaves balance, no job security, No transportation facility, No mobiles expenses, No food, No medical Card, No sitting place, and most Senior manager Politics.

I am working in Gayatri project limited science 2009 to till date. Company cultural is very good. Company management provide for growth in working knowledge. Company policy is very good.He is giving P.F.

Dislikes

There is no politics and the management address our issues. Salary is decent and also career growth is very good. On the job training is given to new joinees.
