Best is no top level management interference. No need to work hard just be in good terms with the plant head or your manager. Take them for odd lunch, dinner or order snacks and your job will be secure.

Dislikes

Apart from salary there is nothing to like about this company. Most of them just come here for a 2-3 month trials and leave once they understand that there is no system and the graph of their growth is going down. I suggest if your in your 40s join this group and retire here as no matter what just take salary and go home
