Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

No liking. 3rd class people with a 3rd class owner. Working with General Instruments (Thermal Instrument India Pvt Ltd)

Dislikes

Not paying salary on time. Diwali bonus getting deducted from salary package and paying in December. After you leave the company they do not pay your bonus and dues. No clean drinking water available. Incompetent people occupy managerial posts.

Company does not have system. They do not have any backup data to work. Family owned business and policies are different for every person. People working from long time does not support new joiners. Work pressure is tremendous.
